If you want to return your item(s) please contact us (Dutch or English) within 14 days after purchase with your order number and reason, and we will get back to you within 24 hours. We will offer a complete refund if the item(s) are returned in perfect and unworn condition.

 

The item(s) must be returned in unworn condition in the original packaging.

 

Due to hygienic reasons, earrings may not be returned or exchanged.  For whatever reason.

What are the costs to return my item(s)?

Return costs are for the customer, unless otherwise indicated by our customer service. Please check with your local post office for prices. 

 

When do I get my refund?

After we received your return, please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed in the warehouse. Within 15 days your refund will be made on the same account you paid the order with.

What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?

If your item is delivered damaged or faulty, please contact us within 72 hours from the date of receipt. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
